St. Ursula Bulldogs battle the St. Ursuline Lions

The Bulldogs and the Lions were matched up in a GGCL battle as the Lions hosted at Crossgate Lanes. The Varsity Bulldogs were looking to stay undefeated and the Reserve Bulldogs were looking for their second win this season.

The Varsity Bulldogs took an early lead over the Lions and were able to hold out for the win. They defeated the Lions 2228- 1689 to advance to 5-0 overall and 3-0 in the GGCL. Junior, Payton Beard had the high game of the day with a 225. The Bulldogs were led by Senior, Alli Shattuck for a 2 game series total of 388.

The Reserve Bulldogs fought relentlessly today. They were led by Adare Lindy with a 2 game series of 239 and Shelby Luebbering with a 2 game series of 235. The Bulldogs fall the the Lions for a series total of 1333- 1080.

The Bulldogs will be in action again on Saturday, December 10th at the Holiday Classic at Western Bowl. They will travel to the Lakota West on Thursday, December 15th at Gilmore Lanes. Come check out your St. Ursula Bulldogs!
